Anthony Shatteman’s Young Hearts on blu-ray and digital in November

Peccadillo has announced that director Anthony Shatteman’s 2024 coming-of-age drama Young Hearts will be released on Blu-ray and a range of digital platforms in the UK in November.

Elias feels attracted to his new neighbour Alexander. Soon he realises that he’s truly in love for the first time.

Director Anthony Shatteman marks his feature debut withYoung Hearts that celebrates the joy of falling in love for the first time.  Lou Goossens won Best Male Performance In A Feature Film Award at Iris Prize LGBTQ+ Festival, where it also won Best Feature Award. He was nominated for Most Promising Actor at Belgium’s Magritte Awards.

For the first time, fans of the film were encouraged through a social media callout to submit their own original artwork. The final selection was made by Anthony Schatteman and Peccadillo’s Tom Abell and appears in the special fan art gallery on the DVD and blu-ray. Peccadillo has expressed special thanks to all the artists who submitted their work.

Young Hearts will be released by Peccadillo on Blu-ray and be available to rent or buy on Apple TV, Amazon Video, YouTube Movies and TV (previously known as Google Play), Sky Store, Curzon Home Cinema, BFI Player, and Peccadillo’s own platform (watch.peccadillo.film) on 10 November 2025 at the pre-order price of £14.99 for the blu-ray.
